Jolie’s OB tells People to Back off!
July 2nd, 2008, All Angelina Jolie, Angelina & Brad News,Well, he didn’t tell people to “back off” literally, but Michael Sussmann has asked the media to leave his patient, Angelina Jolie, alone.
The 33-year-old actress Jolie, along with lifepartner Brad Pitt, has been in the maternity clinic at Nice Hospital in France yesterday. She is due to go into labor soon. When? Her OB says it would be weeks from now, Angelina Jolie said before her due date was on August and ET has said a month ago that Angelina had given birth. Basically, you just have to wait!
Of course, with such a powerful Hollywood couple, expect a group of paparazzi around the hospital.
In a press conference given by Sussmann (as seen in the picture), he says, “She will give birth in the next two weeks. I can’t really say more than that. It really isn’t an emergency. She was booked in well in advance. We are not talking about premature birth. “We have reserved four rooms for her and her partner and also for her protection teams. We believe the security concerns they have raised are legitimate. She is a pregnant woman. She is perfectly entitled to protect her privacy. We should let her breathe.”
He said it perfectly. Let the pregnant lady alone! Most pregnant women wouldn’t want to get her picture taken, what more if the pictures would be published worldwide?
Jolie’s doctor Sussmann said that Jolie will stay in the hospital until she has rested properly, after giving birth. He also dismissed gossip the ‘Wanted’ actress had already given birth, or was in labour.
